Content Caterer, LLC was founded by Noelle K. Barnes, a Strategic Communications professional with a 15+ year history of working with local government, non-profit organizations, and corporate brands. Barnes' experiences include leadership roles in Public Affairs, Event Planning, Film/TV Production, Social Media Management, Communications, Design, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Advertising, and Sales. She is a  results-driven business development professional with a Bachelor of Arts focused in Marketing and Entertainment Business from New York University.
